Job Description:
The Jobholder is responsible for the delivery and performance of the TSP Technical Services and Defect cell activities, provided to customer(s) under FHS-TSP contracts.
In this function, the job holder is responsible for maintaining customer Fleet to the highest Operational Reliability, Airworthiness and Safety in line with DGCA and EASA requirements and in accordance with Airbus Technical Standards.
This role requires to work in Shift Pattern at Customer’s Location
Key Responsibilities:
Defect management Coordination:
Coordinate / Collect / review & analyze SHM/SPM defects , Pilot reports, Maintenance reports and provide their technical resolution .
2. Create work order / recommendation dossiers for technical resolution in coordination with customers.
3. Compiling Daily Maintenance report to provide status of fleet, maintenance performed, status of deferred defects and any other irregularities observed on a day to day basis.
4. Assist in performing delays & technical issues synopsis to communicate fleet issues & recommendation to customers.
5. Assist in management of Deferred defects , Repetitive defects and Technical queries.
6. Supporting technical issues ranging from routine troubleshooting, resolution of AOG
situation, ensuring high Technical reliability.
7. Maintain highest standard of Customer Focus and Integrity
8. Identifying Parts/Materials/Tools/Consumables required to execute non routine work orders
issued by MOC & coordinate with Logistics / MRO / Airline MCC to ensure availability
synchronized to assigned timeliness.
9. Review & management of engineering documents like SB , AD & AOT.
Specialized knowledge and skills:
Hold Minimum B1 or B2 AME License on A320 aircraft.
Minimum 3 Years of certifying experience as an AME
General awareness of Airline CAMO organization and MCC functioning
Good organizational skills, flexibility managing multiple priorities, working to changing deadline and attention to details
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Intermediate level of basic computer application like G suite / MS office.
