As a Technical Coordinator (Technical Department)

You will support Technical Department’s processes in collaboration with the Fleet Manager, Assistant Fleet Manager and Technical Superintendent. The role reports to the Fleet Manager.

As a part of your role, you will:

• Monitor all incoming and outgoing messages of the fleet
• Prepare all the back-office work for daily technical operations, inspections, and dry dockings
• Monitor all incoming regarding Class, Port State Controls, Safety, Surveys, Maintenance & Services
• Coordinate the arrangements for service engineers

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have

• Degree in Naval Architecture or Mechanical Engineering
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
• Efficiency in troubleshooting, organizing skills, attention to detail
• Willingness for continuous learning
