Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Tech Manager with strong Workers Compensation experience to support our Medical Review program on a part-time basis.

You’ll work closely with business and technology stakeholders to ensure systems, processes and technology solutions effectively support the delivery of Workers Compensation and Medical Review services.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technology leadership across the Medical Review program

• Work closely with Workers Compensation and operational stakeholders

• Support system enhancements, technology projects and process improvements

• Translate business and Workers Compensation requirements into technology solutions

• Manage technology issues, risks and dependencies

• Coordinate with internal technology teams and external partners

• Support governance, compliance and system performance

• Provide advice and recommendations to senior stakeholders
   

About You

• Strong Workers Compensation industry experience is essential

• Understanding of Workers Compensation claims, medical review and related processes

• Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technology teams

• Experience delivering technology improvements within a complex or regulated environment

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
