That's where you come in.

We're looking for a Team Leader to lead our Onboarding Support team, a group that sits at the heart of our onboarding operations and plays a critical role in helping advisers and clients get up and running on the Netwealth platform.

The opportunity

This isn't just about managing a workflow.

You'll lead and develop a team of Analysts who support adviser onboarding, client onboarding and asset transfers. You'll ensure work is prioritised effectively, quality remains high, and service standards are consistently met.

Most importantly, you'll help create a flexible, highly capable team that can adapt to changing business needs while delivering an exceptional experience for our stakeholders.

Working closely with the Head of Onboarding and broader leadership team, you'll have the opportunity to influence processes, improve workflows and identify smarter ways of working that enhance both scalability and customer outcomes.

What you'll be doing

On any given day, you might be:

• Coaching and developing a team to reach their full potential.

• Balancing priorities across adviser onboarding, client onboarding and asset transfers.

• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and reduce rework.

• Driving high-quality outcomes through effective review and quality control.

• Partnering with stakeholders across the business to remove roadblocks and improve service delivery.

• Building team capability through cross-skilling and knowledge sharing.

• Leading continuous improvement initiatives that make onboarding faster, simpler and more effective.

What you'll bring

You'll be someone who enjoys creating structure where there's complexity, helping people grow and finding better ways to work.

You'll likely bring:

• Experience in financial services operations, onboarding, administration or customer operations environments.

• Previous leadership, coaching or mentoring experience.

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

• A continuous improvement mindset and a passion for operational excellence.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.

• A keen eye for detail and the ability to identify issues before they become problems.
