About the Position
Teads searching for a Tax Manager to join the Tax Team. The team member will manage all aspects of US (federal & state) corporate income tax compliance, and quarterly / year-end financial reporting. This role will also gain exposure to international tax issues, post-merger integration, and tax planning opportunities. The Tax Manager will report directly to the Tax Senior Manager and will be immersed in diverse tax matters.
New York office candidates are provided with flexibility to WFH twice a week.

- Proactive attitude to collaborate on processes improvements, innovation, and technical skills through automation initiatives
Technical Skills
- Experience with quarterly and annual tax provision calculations and required filings.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical issues surrounding accounting for income taxes (ASC740) and SOX requirements
- Experience with researching tax technical issues and write “Memo to File” on subject
- Experience with filing US Consolidated Form 1120 and SALT returns
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite to help write tax memos in Word, create, update, and/or improve tax workpapers in Excel, and occasionally prepare presentations in PowerPoint
We’re looking for someone with:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or tax is required, CPA preferred
- 4-5 years of tax experience in US corporate tax
- Public accounting and corporate tax experience is a plus
What will make you stand out
- Experience with NetSuite ERP system is a plus
- Experience with OneSource OTP provision software
- Experience with taxing jurisdictions audits
- Exposure to embedding AI tools (Gemini, Claude, GPT) in daily work
- Exposure to M&A integration planning or other tax consulting planning is a plus
- Exposure to digital media & digital advertising
The pay range for this position is USD $120,000 to $135,000 annually including on target earnings. The actual amount offered may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and abilities.
