JOIN US and we can offer you an opportunity to work in a high-tech, specialist company working with some of the best global names in aerospace, medical, semiconductor and clean energy. This is an exciting, new position based on-site at the Winbro facility located in Dajia, Taichung City 437106.
Reporting in to our Global HR Leader based in the US, the Talent Acquisition Partner will own the full lifecycle for all new and replacement roles across the Taiwan business. This will involve collaboration with all hiring managers to lead and support our rapidly growing recruitment needs in the area.
Role and responsibilities:
• Introduce the latest recruiting strategies to the business, using a high level of creativity and latitude to identify candidates in the local market.
• Build a talent pipeline and focus on long-term plans in coordination with the overall HR and company recruitment strategy.
• Build a strong employer brand in-line with our One Winbro methodology and the overall HR and company strategy, creating a positive candidate experience.
• Effectively collaborate with hiring managers to write creative adverts to attract suitable candidates, based on approved position requirements.
• Actively source candidates using job boards and other social media resources.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and coordinate the process with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate records within the company Applicant Tracking System (Workable).
• Provide weekly reporting and metrics to the Global HR Leader with status updates on each open vacancy.
• Manage the recruitment pipeline, ensuring timely communication with candidates.
• Coach line managers on best practice for interviewing and screening processes to ensure the best candidates are hired for the position.
• Partner with hiring managers and Human Resources Business Partners or the Global HR Leader to develop, update or modify job descriptions as required.
• Support the offer process with the selected candidate in coordination with the Global HR Leader.
• Organize and participate in job fairs, networking events and recruitment campaigns.
• Maintain compliance with hiring regulations and company policies.
• Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs.
Requirements
Fluent in both Mandarin and English, the successful candidate will be degree-educated and have 3+ years recruiting experience either within an agency or directly in a manufacturing/engineering business.
