Major Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assigned functions' hiring to meet business talent needs
• Serve as the primary point of contact for managers, HRPs, and candidates throughout the entire recruiting process
• Liaise with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, create accurate and engaging job postings, and determine appropriate sourcing strategies and cost estimates
• Execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract suitable talent for the business
• Build and maintain Talent Pools for key roles, including candidate profiling, regular engagement, and pipeline tracking, to reduce time-to-fill and reliance on reactive sourcing
• Monitor external market trends including talent movement and competitor hiring activities; share relevant insights with HRPs and hiring managers to support hiring decisions
• Apply AI-powered tools in day-to-day recruiting activities — including sourcing, talent mapping, and candidate engagement — to improve efficiency and quality; stay updated on relevant AI tools and share learnings with the team
• Prepare balanced offer proposals, negotiate with candidates, and follow up until candidates successfully onboard
• Stay current on recruitment trends and best practices; contribute to continuous improvement of service quality and stakeholder experience
• Identify service delivery issues and take actions to meet recruiting KPIs
• Other duties and project work as required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in HR, Business, or equivalent disciplines
• Min. 5–6 years of working experience in talent acquisition or related areas
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Hands-on, result-driven with a customer-centric mindset
• Good networking, influencing, and collaboration skills across the organization
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with AI tools in talent acquisition; openness to learning and adopting new technologies
• Continuous learning mindset
