Are you a recent graduate passionate about radio frequency systems, simulation, and innovative technology? Join our Radar R&D team as a System Engineer - Trainee and help us design the next generation of advanced automotive systems. YOUR CHALLENGES?

• Review and analyze internal and customer requirements and contribute to system specifications.

• Participate in the design and validation of system architecture with a focus on robust and cost-effective solutions.

• Support system-level simulations and analyses using tools like CST Studio and MATLAB.

• Contribute to technical documentation, design reviews, and internal discussions with cross-functional teams.

• Follow engineering standards and development processes within your Product Line.

• Support collaboration with suppliers and internal teams to ensure technical consistency.
   

LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU...

• Recent graduate in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field

• Basic understanding of RF principles and antenna/system simulation

• Hands-on experience with CST Studio or similar electromagnetic simulation tools

• Knowledge of MATLAB for data processing or system modeling.

• Strong analytical thinking and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

• Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
  Team-oriented, curious, and eager to develop technical depth in system design
