角色职责:

主管经理安排的其它工作

• Lead Supplier evaluation, selection and approval as per group and company requirement.
• 根据集团和公司要求进行供应商评估、选择和批准
•   Lead and manage problem solving process of supplier’s related issues. Ensure the effectiveness of closed loop corrective / preventive actions.
• 领导和管理供应商相关质量问题的问题解决过程。确保闭环的纠正/预防措施的有效性。
• Supplier PPAP review and approval
• 供应商PPAP的审核和批准
• Perform product validation and carry out fly check on supplier site if necessary.
• 必要的时候对供应商现场的产品进行现场验证或者飞行检查。
• Response to non-conforming reports released by IQC，PQC and CQE. Initiate corrective actions at suppliers.
• 对IQC,PQC 和 CQE发布的不合格报告进行回应。推动供应商采取纠正措施
• Monitor and report out supplier quality performance on monthly basis. Push supplier to make continual improvement.
• 每月监控和报告供应商的质量绩效，推动供应商进行持续改善。
• Train supplier on carrier norms, requirements and quality tools.
• 对供应商进行开利相应的标准，要求和质量工具进行培训
• QMS maintenance management, Lead team to organize internal audit, management review, customer audit and related activities.
• 质量体系的维护管理，带领团队组织完成内审，管理评审，顾客审核等相关工作。
• Collaborate with the quality team to establish the company's quality culture and regularly carry out related activities such as training, publicity campaign, etc. To cultivate and establish a correct and positive quality view among company employees.
• 与质量团队一起创建公司的质量文化，定期在公司开展相关活动，例如培训，宣传等。使公司员工培养建立正确积极的质量观。
• Other tasks to be assigned by line manager.

最低要求:

•  Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Materials science, English or Refrigeration. More than 8 years’ work experience.
• 本科学历，机械，材料，英语或者制冷等相关专业，8年以上工作经验。
• Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
• 优秀的英语听说读写能力
• More than 6 years supplier quality management experience. Familiar with all the relevant quality tools/processes, like CPK, PPAP, FMEA, GR&R, 8D, etc.;
• 6年以上供应商质量管理经验，能够熟练使用相应的专门质量工具。例如，CPK, PPAP, FMEA, GR&R,8D 等等
• Good teamwork spirit and great communication skills are a must. Strong self-management and motivation skills are required.
• 良好的团队合作和人际沟通能力，具有自我管理和积极主动的态度
• ISO9001 or TS16949 internal auditor
• 具备ISO9001 或者 TS16949 内审员
