יום בחייך ב-MKS:

כמנהל/ת קבלני משנה, תהיה/י חלק מצוות המנהל את שרשרת האספקה, ותעסוק/י בהובלת המוצר משלב הפיתוח ועד לאספקתו ללקוח, ולאחר מכן לייצור Mass production. תהליך משמעותי זה מצריך חשיבה מוקדמת, תכנון מפורט ופיקוח מתמשך תוך עמידה בלו"ז.

חברת MKS מספקת שירותים הכוללים פתרונות הגנה והרכבה למעגלים עבור מוליכים למחצה ומערכות אלקטרוניות, ומבטיחה עמידה בתקנים בינלאומיים ובקרת איכות ברמה גבוהה. בתפקיד זה, תדווח/י למנהלת צוות קבלני משנה.

במסגרת התפקיד תהיה/י אחראי/ת על:

• ניהול קבלן משנה – בקרת תוכניות עבודה, תחזיות , ניהול KANBAN, ניתוח נתונים / דוחות

• ניהול מלאי – מחסנים קדמיים אצל קבלני משנה

• ניהול פעילות קב"מ- NTK- מול קבלני המשנה

• NPI, מעקב אחר התנהלות הפרויקט ועמידה בלו"ז, זמינות למתן פתרונות לבעיות

• ניהול תחזיות וקביעת יעדים אסטרטגים בניהול הקבלן

• התנהלות שוטפת מול מחלקות הארגון: הנדסה, רכש, איכות ומחסנים – חיצוניים ופנימיים

• התנהלות אל מול ספקים/לקוחות בארץ ובחו"ל

מיומנויות נדרשות לתפקיד:

• הנדסאי/ת תעשיה וניהול / תואר ראשון רלוונטי

• ניסיון רלוונטי של 3 שנים לפחות בניהול פרויקטים/תוכנית בחברה קבלנית משנה בתחום אלקטרוניקה

• הבנה וניסיון בהתנהלות מטריציונית

• הבנה והכרה של תחום האלקטרוניקה/ אלקטרומכניקה

• ניסיון ב Priority ERP  - יתרון

• אנגלית ברמה גבוהה

• ראייה מערכתית וכושר למידה גבוה, עבודה בסביבה דינמית

מיומנויות מועדפות:

• יתרון - ידע ב-Lean: יישום עקרונות LEAN תוך התמקדות בצרכי הלקוח, שיפור מתמיד של תהליכים, ועבודה לפי שיטת Six Sigma.

דרישות פיזיות ותנאי עבודה:

• במסגרת התפקיד ישנה דרישה לנסיעות לקבלן המשנה

• עבודה באתר החברה בכרמיאל

• עבודה בהתאם לנהלי איכות הסביבה והבטיחות (EHS)
