The Four Seasons Resort Maldives at Kuda Huraa is a colorful Garden Island with all the charm and intimacy of a traditional Maldivian Village. Located just 25 minutes by speedboat from the airport, the island’s accommodations, restaurants and recreational facilities are all close at hand, arranged around a beautiful central promenade lined with borders of bougainvillea, frangipani and hibiscus flowers.

A Maldivian work permit will be provided by the resort if required.

What you will do:

• Conduct site inspections and resort tours for travel agents, wholesalers, media, and influencers, ensuring each visit reflects the resort’s brand and service standards.
• Coordinate and supervise photo and video shoots arranged by travel partners, media, and influencers.
• Prepare detailed itineraries for media and influencer visits, ensuring smooth coordination with all departments.
• Host and entertain travel agents, media representatives, and influencers over meals or drinks to strengthen relationships.
• Provide consistent sales support, acting as a key contact for travel partners and assisting the team with inquiries, requests, and materials
• Prepare monthly Sales and PR reports and share competitor analysis updates with the Sales team.
• Support the Regional Director of Marketing and the Sales & PR team with administrative tasks and promotional initiatives.
• Perform any additional duties as required.

What you bring:

• Strong command of English with excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Highly motivated, well-organized, and detail-oriented, with strong follow-up and time management abilities.
• A collaborative team player who thrives in a decentralized marketing environment.
• Familiar with social media platforms and well-informed on current digital trends.
• Diploma or higher education in a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in a hotel Sales or Public Relations role.
• Fluency in a foreign language would be an advantage.

Schedule & Hours:

• This is a full-time position
• 48 hours a week with one day off
