Job Description Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Supervisor to lead and support a team responsible for SAP data management, onboarding account builds, and operational excellence. The team’s responsibilities include auditing and validating customer master data, creating Master Load Templates (MLTs), managing credit parameters, and finalizing account setups to enable customer ordering. The Supervisor will ensure team members meet performance goals, adhere to established workflows, and maintain high data accuracy and compliance standards. This role requires strong leadership, expertise in SAP systems, and a focus on driving operational efficiency and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback, coaching, and training to address areas for improvement and help team members meet and exceed expectations.
- Workload Management: Assign and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of data auditing, entry, and onboarding processes.
- Issue Escalation: Act as the first point of escalation for complex data discrepancies or onboarding challenges, ensuring resolution in a timely and efficient manner.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to team members in their daily responsibilities, fostering skill development and professional growth.
Data Auditing & Validation Oversight
- Quality Assurance: Oversee the auditing and validation of SAP customer master fields, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Account Build Oversight: Supervise the team’s efforts to create and maintain customer master data for new account setups, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Data Integrity: Monitor team efforts to identify and correct discrepancies in customer master data, ensuring high-quality standards.
- Documentation Review: Ensure the team collaborates effectively with customer engagement team members to validate and process customer-provided documentation.
- Workflow Execution: Partner with Data Quality Specialists to oversee the completion of onboarding tasks, ensuring accounts are fully operational and ready to order.
Operational Excellence & Process Optimization
- Process Adherence: Ensure the team follows established workflows and procedures for data entry, onboarding, and auditing tasks.
- Collaboration: Foster effective communication and collaboration across teams, including Data Quality Specialists and other internal stakeholders.
- Recordkeeping: Oversee the maintenance of organized and up-to-date documentation for all data entry and customer master updates to support transparency and accountability.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, customer service, or a related field, or equivalent experience required. 3+ years of experience in customer onboarding, account setup, customer operations, data management, or a related field required. Less than 2 years of experience in a management capacity preferred. Certification in customer experience customer service management, or equivalent preferred.What Cencora offers
