Job Summary
Provide complex advice and support in facilitating long term strategy development for partnerships in line with AVAF strategy to commercialise partnerships, with an end to end ownership of the relationship. Develop and facilitate strategy formulation, planning process; and focus on managing the translation and implementation of the AVAF strategy with our strategic partners.Job Description

- Manage and lead key governance activities with partners.
- Drive development of value proposition and impactful initiatives.
- Negotiate partnership solutions
- Lead research and development to inform strategic partnership & business development
- Test proof of concept for alternative channels
- Conduct market development
- Formulate partnership agreements including terms of reference
- Guide the on-boarding of new partners
- Translate the intent of National partnerships to augments and drive regional presence.

Business Development
- Conduct and facilitate strategic and market analytics to drive customer and business insights.
- Extract key intelligence to present to all stakeholders to support their strategy definition and tactical change decision making.

Business Strategies and Planning
- To facilitate and develop targeted segment specific strategies.
- Investigate and embark on a continuous market scanning to identify and stay abreast of market trends and activities to inform opportunities for strategi partners.
- Translate a strategy into a proposition development roadmap.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities for partnership.
Stakeholder Management
- Develop relationships with business leadership and ensure that business improvement recommendations are monitored and sustained.
- Maintain a regular and constructive dialogue with internal and external stakeholders.
- Through internal and external relationships, source, develop and design tactical initiatives and proof of concepts with the view of translating this into broader strategic partnerships.
- Work with Analytics and Product to develop campaigns that stimulates existing and develops new partnerships.
- Apply expertise to conceptualise the new business development opportunities by collating and facilitating inputs from internal and external parties that are involved in the development.
Education
