We are seeking an experienced Strategic Account Manager to maintain strong relationships with the company's key clients while also demonstrating excellent "hunter" skills. Responsibilities include growing company revenue by ensuring key client satisfaction with the services provided and identifying new business opportunities for them, as well as acquiring new clients.

As a successful as a Strategic Account Manager, you can analyze data and sales statistics and improve business and marketing strategies. Ultimately, an exceptional Strategic Account Manager will be able to manage multiple key accounts without compromising on the quality of services provided.

Strategic Account Manager Responsibilities:

• Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key customers

• Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.

• Communicating and collaborating with the advertising, design, marketing, sales, and logistics departments to meet key client needs.

• Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.

• Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.

• Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals.

Strategic Account Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Sales, or a related field.

• Proven experience in strategic account management - minimum 2 years.

• Experience in the cardboard packaging industry may be an advantage.

• Measurable client portfolio.

• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.

• The ability to build rapport with key clients.

• The ability to handle multiple client accounts.

• Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
