The Strategic Account Executive will own a portfolio of high-value accounts, developing long-term partnerships that drive revenue, brand visibility, and market share. This role blends relationship management, negotiation, and data-driven planning to maximize account performance across FAM Brands' portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with top-tier retail and wholesale accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for strategic partners
- Develop and execute account-specific growth strategies, including seasonal buy planning, product assortment recommendations, and promotional strategy
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and program agreements to meet revenue and margin targets
- Partner cross-functionally with design, merchandising, marketing, and operations teams to ensure account needs are met from concept to delivery
- Analyze sell-through data, market trends, and competitive positioning to identify growth opportunities within each account
- Lead quarterly and seasonal business reviews with key accounts, presenting performance recaps and forward-looking plans
- Forecast account-level sales and manage account P&L to meet or exceed targets
- Identify and cultivate new strategic account opportunities to expand FAM Brands' retail footprint
- Represent FAM Brands at trade shows, market appointments, and key account visits
