About the Role

We are seeking an experienced pi-shaped marketer to accelerate and steer Sana's next stage of growth. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys operating in ambiguity, and combines strategic vision with a builder's mindset. They're an excellent writer and storyteller with a passion for enabling customer-facing teams to perform at scale.

What You'll Do

Own Content Strategy and Editorial Execution

• Manage our editorial calendar across all channels, including launch moments and evergreen campaigns.

• Conceptualize, write, and edit both long-form and short-form content across channels and formats.

• Collaborate and execute on integrated brand marketing campaigns.

• Script and structure video content including product demos, customer spotlights, and interview-style pieces.

Partner Across Sales, Product, and Brand

• Partner with sales and product marketing to develop enablement materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, competitive assets, and FAQ documents.

• Build and maintain a deep understanding of our products to tell accurate and compelling stories, collaborating closely with engineering to stay ahead of launches.

• Track content performance using analytics and work with the broader marketing team to refine strategy based on what's working.

• Work cross-functionally with design and brand teams to ensure all content is polished and on-brand.

About You

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in content marketing, brand marketing, and copywriting, with a proven track record of end-to-end execution and growing a brand following, ideally within a SaaS organization or tech startup.

• Ability to originate and execute ideas independently, rather than waiting for a creative brief.

• Experience creating visual assets autonomously, while knowing when to bring in expert design support.

• Fluent in English.

• Deep passion and talent for writing in all its marketing forms.

• Strong eye for craft and taste in brand building, setting trends rather than following.

• Track record of excellent problem-solving skills to handle complex challenges quickly and effectively.

• Experience building strong relationships across teams to deliver the best results.

• Data-driven approach with a focus on measurable outcomes.

Listed below is the base salary range applicable to this position. Workday pay ranges (and the precise pay offered to the successful candidate) are based on a number of objective criteria such as relevant experience and skills, and educational qualifications, level of responsibility, demands of the role, work location and business need. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants awarded by Workday Inc.
