About the role:

The role involves managing dealer service operations, service delivery, and coordinating with the revenue team to maintain system data and dealer submissions. The candidate will handle BOQ (Bill of Quantity) and finance-related activities.The role also includes managing key accounts while collaborating with other team members.

Role Responsibilities:

• Financials - Ensure to achieve the branch revenue numbers, maintain desired margin percentage, Receivable management to ensure overall desired growth for the branch.

• Service Delivery - Call Management - Regular review of branch calls with relevant stakeholders to ensure minimum 85% in TAT Closure.

• Service Delivery - PM Management - Regular review of with relevant stakeholders to ensure 100% PM Call closure within defined timeline both in field and system.

• Service Delivery - Spare Part Management - Ensure branch and dealer based MSL. Regular connect with Spare Parts team to ensure timely spare delivery to create customer delight.

• Service Delivery - Dealer Management - Continuous engagement with dealers, do RECO and closure of issues with them to motivate them for better services.

• Service Delivery - Customer Management - Periodic in person meetings, reply on mails within reasonable time.

• Employees - Retain and promote good talent. Skill development of teams to ensure productivity gains.

• Values - Ensure to follow Ethics and Compliance policies of the organization.

• EH&S - Promote and practice EH&S culture within and outside organization.

Role Purpose:

• The candidate will work as branch service manager for National Account customers which will give experience to handle branch P&L with BTB customer handling experience.

• The job role includes managing the state of West Bengal & Sikkim for all NA customers.

• A team of 1 person will report as of now.

Minimum Requirements:

• BE / B-TECH Degree is preferred.

• 10 years' experience in field service.

• Proficiency in MS Office.
