Role Summary

We are looking for experienced logistics professionals to take ownership of end-to-end operations and complex issue resolution, and act as key contributors to service excellence and process improvement.

This role is suitable for candidates with sea/air logistics experience OR strong operational background.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage and monitor end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring service performance meets KPIs and customer expectations.

• Act as the key customer contact, maintain long-term customer relationships, and coordinate regular engagements including operation meetings, MBRs, and QBRs.

• Handle complex exceptions, drive root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and propose practical solutions based on business priorities and operational feasibility.

• Support leaders with business and performance analysis, including KPI review, monthly volume trends, performance gaps, and actionable insights.

• Lead new business requirements, project onboarding, and platform implementation by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

• Monitor team performance, manage daily task allocation, adjust priorities based on workload and business needs, and support junior team members through best-practice sharing.

• Maintain close collaboration with product, operations, finance, commercial, and origin/destination teams to drive alignment, process optimization, and operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• 5+ years of experience in logistics / supply chain / operations

• Experience in sea freight / air freight / 3PL / supply chain is a strong plus

• Good English communication skills (written & verbal)

• Experience in process improvement or data analysis is a plus
