The (Senior) Commercial Excellence Specialist is responsible for driving best-in-class standardized commercial business planning processes and ensure the sales execution through sales cadence.

Major Responsibilities

• Drive Monthly Commercial Business Planning (IBP) Processes by working with regional management team, consolidating bottom up forecast to ensure establishment of “One set of numbers”, and enable sustainable and predictable delivery on IBP commitment at Region and Country Level.
• Work with sales team to report month to month changes in the market and reflect in the forecast, outlining potential opportunities and vulnerabilities. Establish appropriate metrics to monitor and support flawless execution.
• Ensure timely and effective communication with cross-function teams by working with Finance, Logistics, Marketing, and Service to ensure full alignment with Sales Cadence, thus enabling an effective and efficient IBP Commercial Management Process.
• Support implementation and adoption of the Sales Cadence Process by tracking, monitoring & reporting on KPIs using dashboards or other intelligence available to drive accountability, enable effective root cause analysis and identification of best-in-class practices.
• Other project base data analysis.
• Closely work with global team to manage the instrument demand monthly to month. This will need high sense of business judgment to meet both business dynamic/needs and global expectations of inventory.
• Facilitate channel IBP and drive weekly TMS with channel team to ensure monthly delivery to meet plan and additional tasks. Track distributor performance by implementing monthly distributor scorecard with KPIs.

Requirement(education, background,…etc)

• University degree, statistic, finance, business background preferred, with Commercial Operations experience (preferable Sales Analytics and/or CRM Management).
• 3+ years of relevant working experience
• Good data processing and business analysis capabilities, strong in Excel and other Microsoft office tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrate teamwork ability and act as a good team player, operate within cross function teams
• Results driven – confident, thrive on hard work and consistent challenge, and is quick on his/her feet. Ability to handle pressure.
• Fluency in English reading, writing and speaking.
