1.    依据公司的整体政策，合理制定及实施区域内的广阔零售分销策略，包括目标市场圈定及潜力测算，目标零售终端策略规划及分层管理，经销分销网络设计规划，贸易政策规划等。
2.    根据策略制定各区域广阔零售市场业务发展计划，通过辖区经销商的管理，完成公司管理销售指标并确保其达成，提升市场占有率，提高对本区域广阔零售终端市场的掌控能力。
3.    与公司总部及区域相关职能部门保持密切协调与配合，积极推动生意健康持续发展。
4.    费用管理：在直线经理的指导下，在授权范围内，合理规划、使用、管理渠道投资预算，追踪管理，确保期内应收应付账目平衡。
5.    区域客户总部和分部的沟通，维护客户良好的客户合作关系，管理所辖区域客户的收益率（包括合同条款执行、费用控制和促销评估等），定期与客户的业务部门进行业务回顾。
6.    负责所辖区域内广阔零售客户的开发、维护与管理，包括提高市场份额、品牌渗透、新品分销与成长、价值链维护、销售渠道归拢、市场活动执行、销售数据分析、市场信息收集与反馈，持续扩大本公司产品在终端的市场销售份额、品牌可见度及影响力，与客户建立并形成长期的战略合作伙伴关系
