Summary: As a Specialist, PR and Influencer Marketing Admin, you will support Huda Beauty's communications team across all administration tasks related to influencer marketing and PR. This role serves as the backbone of the Influencer Marketing and PR function - supporting core operations including product send-outs, influencer database management, press coverage tracking, influencer post tracking, and daily team coordination.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Administrative Tasks: Oversee all administrative responsibilities for the Communications team - managing POs, product orders, influencer travel, and other logistical needs to keep operations organized and efficient.
• Influencer & Press Seedings: Lead on end-to-end execution of influencer and press seedings, ensuring campaigns meet deadlines and milestones.
• Research and Identify Influencers: Assist in researching, identifying, and vetting influencers who align with the brand’s values, aesthetic, and target audience to support upcoming campaigns and activations.
• Influencer List Management: Regularly audit, update, and refine the influencer community database to ensure it remains accurate, relevant, and representative of a best-in-class creator network aligned with the brand’s positioning, guidelines, and goals.
• Reporting: Lead on all reporting deliverables, including influencer campaign performance reports, event recap summaries, and analytical audits of the influencer community - providing insights and learnings to help optimize future strategies.
• Campaign Coordination: Aid in the coordination of influencer marketing campaigns, including scheduling or sending out products, and tracking campaign deliverables and results.

Requirements

• Proven ability to independently manage end-to-end administrative operations for a busy Influencer Marketing & PR function, including product send-outs, influencer database management, and reporting.
• Exceptional relationship-builder, both internally and externally, with a self-starter mindset and strong ability to multitask across multiple concurrent projects.
• Familiarity with influencer trends and the beauty space, with genuine interest in researching and vetting talent aligned with brand values.
• Excellent analytical skills and high interest in learning new analytics trends, with proficiency in Tribe Dynamics, Traackr, and Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint).
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail, resilience, creativity, and a high level of agility.
• Excellent team player with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• 2-3 years of admin experience (preferably beauty and/or luxury), with a Bachelor’s degree in marketing preferred.
