Job Summary
We are looking for a team member with strong expertise in DG cargo handling, shipment execution, customer service, process excellence, and stakeholder management. The role is responsible for managing end-to-end DG booking activities, resolving complex operational issues, supporting customer’s DG bookings, ensuring regulatory compliance, and contributing to continuous process improvements.
Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Operations Excellence
- Manage end-to-end Dangerous Goods (DG) booking activities and approvals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, IMDG regulations, and customer requirements.
- Resolve complex operational issues and booking discrepancies.
- Support Customer’s DG bookings and provide timely operational guidance.
- Drive process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor operational performance and ensure quality deliverables.
Stakeholder & Customer Management
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Build strong working relationships across functions to drive operational excellence.
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.
- Availability to work on weekends and public holidays as per business requirements.
Ability to support critical business operations during peak volumes and project implementation
