Job Description

Be responsible for end-to-end lean digital transformation, system design implementation and scenario optimization, with a focus on supply chain value chain optimization, manufacturing operation upgrading and enterprise intelligent management. Manage full-lifecycle digital lean projects covering customer demand diagnosis, business model development, solution design, AI scenario empowerment, as well as platform delivery and acceptance. This role centers on digital visualization of lean management systems and the integration & implementation of lean operations, digital platforms and AI technologies, so as to realize data-driven lean improvement across the full value chain.

Act as both technical and business expert for lean digital intelligence scenarios. Identify operational pain points in enterprises’ supply chains and production value chains, build digital models for lean business logic and design AI intelligent scenarios, and quantify the efficiency improvement and cost reduction value brought by the integration of lean management, digitalization and AI. Take charge of pre-sales solution demonstrations, technical solution iteration, full-process project delivery and consulting guidance, serving as a trusted lean digital transformation consultant for sales teams and customers.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead lean digital consulting proposals and digital AI lean transformation initiatives. Adopt PMP project management methodologies to establish a standardized project delivery system for lean digitalization and AI scenarios. Coordinate multi-stakeholders both internal and external to ensure high-quality project delivery and realization of customer value.
• Collaborate with and empower the sales team to screen and evaluate digital lean transformation projects for manufacturing, supply chain and enterprise operations. Accurately identify pain points in end-to-end supply chain collaboration, production resource allocation and lean value chain operations, and deliver targeted AI-empowered lean optimization solutions to continuously boost project win rate and customer satisfaction.
• Independently compile and digitally present lean digital transformation plans and solution reports. Systematize, visualize and digitize traditional lean management theories and business workflows, and guarantee on-time, high-quality delivery of all consulting and technical solution materials.
• Oversee full-lifecycle implementation of intelligent lean digital projects, including business demand diagnosis, operational data assessment, lean digital model design, AI scenario solution demonstration, implementation roadmap planning, phased development & delivery, and post-project performance evaluation. Collaborate with sales, solution consultants, R&D and cross-regional teams to support project managers in rolling out lean digital projects.
• Continuously iterate and upgrade industry-specific intelligent lean digital solutions. Conduct in-depth research on integration mechanisms and practical implementation cases combining lean operation management, digital platform construction and artificial intelligence technologies.
• Relevant experience or knowledge in enterprise sustainability management and carbon emission management system deployment is a preferred qualification.
• Focus on customized lean solutions and implementation of digital AI applications.
• Possess independent professional judgment and solution decision-making capabilities in lean operation optimization, digital platform development and AI scenario application.
• Deliver full-lifecycle projects spanning demand communication, solution design through final acceptance.
• Prioritize project delivery efficiency and quality, and ensure consulting & technical deliverables are completed on schedule, accurately and in compliance with standards. Adopt a strong task and result-oriented mindset, with core objectives of boosting enterprises’ lean operations and delivering digital intelligent value.
• Serve as a technical expert in lean digitalization and AI empowerment for unfamiliar cross-domain business and technical scenarios. Lead project delivery via standardized project management and guide team members to complete consulting and technical tasks.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Over 5 years of experience in lean digital project delivery, enterprise-level platform development, AI scenario application or related fields, with extensive end-to-end project management and delivery track record.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

• PMP certification
• Good at English speaking
• Passionate about integrated innovation of lean operations, digital technologies and artificial intelligence, dedicated to empowering lean upgrading of enterprises’ supply chains and manufacturing value chains.
