Social Media Manager (B2B, Investor Marketing & Community Growth) – Remote

About the Role

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Social Media Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and growth of multiple social media channels across a B2B and investor-focused brand.

This is not a scheduling-only role. We’re looking for someone who genuinely lives and breathes social media—someone who understands platform culture, creates engaging native content, builds communities, and knows how to grow audiences organically while maximizing content performance.

From day one, you’ll take ownership of 10 social media accounts, beginning with a comprehensive audit and strategic roadmap. You’ll then manage content creation, community engagement, short-form video production, post promotion, and performance optimization across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Account Audits

• Conduct comprehensive audits of existing social media accounts and identify opportunities for growth.
• Develop platform-specific content strategies aligned with business objectives and audience behavior.
• Build and maintain structured content calendars across all social platforms.
• Identify content gaps, engagement opportunities, and long-term growth initiatives.

Social Media Management

• Manage and publish content across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), StockTwits, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, Bluesky, and Pinterest.
• Maintain consistent posting schedules and brand messaging across all platforms.
• Monitor comments, direct messages, and community conversations daily.
• Adapt content style, messaging, and tone based on each platform’s audience and best practices.

Content Creation & Video Production

• Create engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Design graphics and visual assets using Canva or similar design tools.
• Develop platform-native content optimized for engagement, reach, and audience growth.
• Repurpose content across channels while maintaining authenticity and relevance.

Community Growth & Engagement

• Build active and engaged online communities through authentic interaction.
• Participate in discussions across Reddit, StockTwits, and other relevant communities.
• Monitor industry trends, conversations, and emerging content formats.
• Strengthen brand awareness and credibility through meaningful engagement with B2B and investor audiences.

Performance Optimization & Paid Promotion

• Boost high-performing content using native advertising tools across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Manage small paid promotion budgets to maximize content visibility.
• Analyze engagement, audience growth, reach, and content performance using platform analytics.
• Continuously optimize content strategies based on data and performance insights.

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven experience managing multiple social media accounts simultaneously.
• Experience in B2B, SaaS, finance, or investor-focused social media marketing.
• Demonstrated success growing engagement and online communities.
• Strong short-form video editing and content creation skills.
• Experience managing LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Reddit, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other major social platforms.
• Experience conducting social media audits and developing content strategies.
• Hands-on experience boosting posts using native advertising tools.
• Strong understanding of platform-native content and audience behavior.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and take ownership of multiple accounts.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or Google Ads.
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Asana, or similar project management platforms.
• Experience supporting investor-focused brands or financial services organizations.
• Experience managing StockTwits, Bluesky, and Pinterest communities.
• Knowledge of analytics and social listening tools.
