About the Role - Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist
We are looking for a Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to own Bureau's social media presence and maximize the impact of our marketing initiatives, thought leadership, flagship events, and digital campaigns. The role will drive social media execution, executive thought leadership, employee advocacy, content amplification, and support digital marketing initiatives across channels.
What you'll do
Plan and execute social media campaigns for product launches, reports, webinars, and industry events.
Lead real-time social coverage during flagship events, including live updates, quote cards, videos, and event highlights.
Create, publish, and optimize engaging content across LinkedIn, X, and other relevant platforms.
Support executive thought leadership by developing social content and amplification plans.
Manage employee advocacy initiatives to increase organic reach.
Collaborate with the performance marketing team to align organic social with digital campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and campaign amplification.
Optimize social content, landing page messaging, and CTAs to improve engagement and conversion.
Support campaign execution by coordinating UTM tracking, campaign assets, and performance reporting.
Monitor social conversations, engage with industry communities, and identify trending topics for rapid content creation.
Repurpose marketing assets into high-performing social content formats.
Track social media and campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve reach, engagement, website traffic, and content effectiveness.
What you'll bring
3–5 years of experience in B2B social media marketing, preferably in SaaS, fintech, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology.
Proven experience managing social media for events, product launches, webinars, and thought leadership campaigns.
Strong understanding of LinkedIn and X best practices.
Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
Familiarity with digital marketing fundamentals, campaign analytics, UTM tracking, and conversion optimization.
Experience with social media management and analytics tools.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from campaign performance.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
