We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused Site Account Representative to become the face of FLS across mining operations in Western Australia.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, spending time with customers, solving problems, and creating opportunities. You might currently work in industrial sales, customer service, recruitment, retail leadership, trade supply, mining consumables, or another customer-facing role and be looking for a career in the mining industry.

You do not need extensive mining or technical experience to be successful in this position. What matters most is your ability to connect with people, build trust, identify customer needs, and deliver outstanding service.

As part of a global mining OEM, you will receive training, mentoring, and support to develop your technical knowledge while building a long-term career in account management and sales.

Location: Perth or Kalgoorlie, Western Australia 

What You Will Be Doing

Build Strong Customer Relationships

• Become a regular and trusted presence across assigned mining sites

• Develop strong relationships with operations, maintenance, planning, and procurement teams

• Build customer confidence through consistent communication and follow-up

• Represent FLS professionally and positively at every interaction

Be the Voice of the Customer

• Spend time on mine sites understanding customer challenges and priorities

• Gather feedback and communicate customer needs internally

• Ensure customer requests and opportunities are followed through efficiently

• Help create positive customer experiences and long-term partnerships

Identify New Opportunities

• Look for ways FLS can add value across products, services, and solutions

• Build connections with new contacts and stakeholders

• Support sales growth through proactive engagement and networking

• Work with senior account managers and technical experts to convert opportunities into business

Learn and Grow

• Develop an understanding of mining operations and mineral processing

• Learn about FLS products, equipment, and service offerings

• Receive coaching from experienced sales and mining professionals

• Build skills that can lead to future Account Manager and Sales Leadership opportunities

What We Are Looking For

We are more interested in attitude and potential than technical experience. You may be successful in this role if you have experience in:

• Account management

• Customer service

• Mining consumables sales

• Industrial sales

• Trade supply or distribution

• Business development

• Mining service industries

• Recruitment or customer-facing sales roles

You will bring

• Current Australian driver's licence

Previous mining experience is advantageous but not essential.

Technical knowledge can be taught. Building trusted relationships and delivering exceptional customer service are the qualities that will make you successful.
