These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.

In ServiceNow consulting at PwC, you will gain extensive experience in ServiceNow applications and assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support tailored to ServiceNow software.

As part of the GRC Enablement team, members willassist territory engagement teams with implementation andcustomization of Servicenow applications. These activities willprimarily demand below skills:

• Advanced experience with ServiceNowimplementations.
• Understands technical and functional designrequirements related to ServiceNow.
• Create and manage scripts and workflow.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL,Oracle)- Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UIActions, Service Portal and Scheduled Jobs - all scriptedaspects of the ServiceNow system.
• Knowledge of technical components such as LDAPs,VPN, SSL and other such technologies.
• Fundamental understanding of GRC would be a greatadvantage.
• Hands-on experience of JavaScript is required.

Experience presenting and conducting demo reviewswith client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Perform work and provide related deliverables inaccordance with IAC User Guide and instructions as appliedto engagement team work request submissions.
• Maintain working knowledge of IAC User Guides.
• Monitor time and manage deadlines.
• Adhere to PwC IAC policies and procedures.
• Participate in training, coaching and other developmentalopportunities.

Minimum of 4 to 9 years’ experience on the Servicenowtool as application developer.Certification(s) preferred:

• ServiceNow certified system Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow certified Implementation Specialist.
• ServiceNow certified Application Developer.

Knowledge Required

• Advanced experience with ServiceNow implementations.
