Key Responsibilities

Guest Service Excellence

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables in a professional manner.
• Present menus, offer recommendations, and provide detailed explanations of dishes and beverages.
• Ensure a seamless and memorable dining experience by anticipating guest needs and preferences.
• Handle special requests, dietary restrictions, and allergies accurately.

Service Delivery

• Take food and beverage orders clearly and accurately.
• Serve food and drinks according to hotel standards (sequence of service, plating, wine service, etc.).
• Maintain constant communication with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service.
• Check back with guests throughout the meal and ensure satisfaction.

Operational Excellence

• Set up dining areas, including table settings, glassware, cutlery, and décor.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑presented service area.
• Process bills, handle payments, and ensure accurate billing.
• Follow all hygiene, safety, and sanitation guidelines (HACCP standards).

Teamwork & Communication

• Work collaboratively with hosts, chefs, bartenders, and supervisors.
• Participate in daily briefings, trainings, and service updates.
• Support colleagues during busy periods to uphold five‑star service consistency.

Brand & Professionalism

• Uphold the hotel’s image through immaculate grooming and uniform standards.
• Maintain a professional, courteous, and positive attitude at all times.
• Act as an ambassador of the hotel by providing exceptional hospitality.

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

• Prior experience in restaurant or hotel service (luxury or fine dining preferred).
• Formal hospitality training or certification is an advantage.

Skills Required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of food, beverages, wine, and service techniques.
