Purpose:

This role is required to establish Engineering Excellence: Set coding standards, evaluate new technologies, and ensure performance and scalability. Uplift engineering standards across entire SDLC and also set technical direction required to define architecture, design standards, and guide technical best practice across teams.

​​​​​Responsible for the leadership of multiple engineering scrum teams rotating through domains to plan, deliver and support service features that deliver customer value and/or mature service capability. Responsible for improving performance of teams .
