Senior Treasury Analyst (m/f/x)
The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Senior Treasury Analyst you will play a pivotal role within our In-House Bank, where you will have the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of end-to-end treasury functions, gaining exposure to multiple areas of treasury operations.
Here, you will make an impact by:
Lead daily cash positioning and liquidity forecasting across global accounts and entities.
Manage In-House Bank liquidity, identifying cash surpluses or funding needs.
Coordinate intercompany netting, loans, deposits, FX exposures, and bank guarantees.
Oversee timely and accurate settlement of FX trades and financial instruments.
Support treasury reporting, analysis, and management insights.
Use tools such as Kyriba, SAP, and Power BI to automate and improve treasury processes.
Partner with banks and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and support funding needs.
Lead treasury transformation and process improvement initiatives across global and EMEA operations.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance or a related field.
Treasury operations experience, preferable within a large multinational or large corporate bank.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed further in this role include:
Comprehensive Treasury knowledge: Experience in all aspects of Treasury and Treasury Operations, including familiarity with Kyriba and SAP.
Global Treasury transformation experience: Proven track record in supporting and driving the transformation of a global treasury function, leveraging industry best practices and emerging trends.
High level of attention to detail.
Strong time management skills: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, manage time efficiently, and escalate issues appropriately.
Critical thinking and problem-solving: Ability to navigate complex and ambiguous problems with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Language skills

Location Information - 3M office, Dublin
This role has on-site working model, with the employee working at least four days a week in the office and one day remote
