As a Senior Product Designer on the LUX team, you will lead component and pattern design, own the Figma library and token architecture, and work directly with our UX Platform engineers to keep design and code in lockstep. Your users are designers and developers across the whole portfolio. Your decisions compound across every product Epicor ships.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead design of core LUX components: anatomy, variants, states, behavior, accessibility

• Own the LUX Figma libraries: component architecture, variables, semantic tokens, auto-layout

• Drive token strategy with UX Platform engineers so design connects cleanly to code

• Review built components in Storybook against spec and close design-dev parity gaps

• Write and maintain component documentation in zeroheight

• Run the contribution and governance process: triage requests, decide what enters the system, document why

• Hold WCAG accessibility as a design constraint from the start

• Mentor designers through critique and set the systems craft bar

What You Will Likely Bring

• 5 to 8 years of product design experience with hands-on design system work on a system used by multiple product teams

• Storybook experience: reviewing, spec'ing, and QA'ing components against built code. Required.

• zeroheight experience: authoring and maintaining living system documentation. Required.

• Expert Figma skills: component architecture, variants, variables, tokens, library management

• Working command of design tokens and how token pipelines connect design to code

• Fluency working with engineers on component APIs, states, and framework constraints

• Judgment on governance: extend, adapt, or say no, and explain the call

• Clear writing. Half of systems work is documentation and rationale.

• Agentic and AI-assisted workflows: vibecoding prototypes, generative UI, or making a design system consumable by AI agents

• Multi-framework system experience (web components, React, Angular, Blazor)

• Token pipeline tooling such as Style Dictionary

• Accessibility depth, including assistive technology testing

• Enterprise or B2B software background
