We invite an experienced Product Delivery Manager to join the Product Strategy and Operations team within our Retail POS organization. In this role, you’ll lead the planning and delivery of key initiatives across regions and channels, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product launches and integrations. You’ll use your expertise to deliver our initiatives on time, achieve business goals, and meet stakeholder expectations.

✅ Is that you?

• 5+ years experience in product delivery, program management, project management, and/or other relevant field(s) 
• Bachelor’s degree preferable in Business, Product or Program Management 
• Self-starter with solid time management skills and ability to work autonomously 
• Strong organisational skills and collaborative nature honed to solve problems 
• Poise and confidence to interact on all levels of an organisation -Comfortable presenting to various sized audiences, including by phone, in writing, and face to face 
• Background in developing new program and implementation plans -Experience / Comfortable with project / program management tools
• Willingness to travel on occasion

Desirable:

• Experience launching software products internationally
• Project management certification (PMP, Prince 2, etc.)
• Experience localizing products for new verticals or markets
• Understanding of B2B SaaS or PaaS models and user journeys

🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, you’ll lead the delivery of Retail POS products across regions and channels, working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.

• Initiate, plan, and oversee rollout and integration of Retail POS products across regional channels
• Define initiative goals and create workstream and channel plans
• Monitor workstream progress and update stakeholders and executives on delivery status
• Collaborate with Product Management, Design, and Engineering to scope, plan, and execute technical solutions
• Scope, plan, and execute launch strategies in close collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Document and implement processes while supporting senior leaders and operational teams
• Work with regional Product leaders to set priorities, support roadmap development, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks
• Communicate status, issues, and risks clearly to internal partners
