What You Will Be Doing

• Design and develop Agentic AI solutions that solve complex business problems and deliver measurable value.
• Build, deploy, and maintain production-ready AI applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and knowledge retrieval pipelines.
• Build and orchestrate multi-agent systems using modern Agentic AI frameworks.
• Integrate AI services and agents with enterprise platforms, internal tools, and third-party applications.
• Develop backend services and APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or similar technologies.
• Work with SQL and vector databases to support AI-driven applications and retrieval workflows.
• Implement memory management, tool calling, and human-in-the-loop workflows for AI agents.
• Ensure scalability, security, reliability, and maintainability of AI solutions in production environments.

You Are a Good Match If You Have

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with strong experience designing and delivering AI-powered applications.
• Proven experience building solutions with Large Language Models (LLMs) in production environments.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing Agentic AI applications using frameworks such as: LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, OpenAI Agents SDK (or equivalent)
• Strong experience designing and implementing RAG architectures and knowledge retrieval systems.
• Experience working with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, Milvus, pgvector, or similar technologies.
• Experience with relational SQL databases.
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
• Strong backend development experience using FastAPI (preferred), Flask, or similar Python frameworks.
• Experience integrating AI services and external APIs into enterprise applications.
• Experience deploying cloud-native solutions in AWS (preferred), Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with foundation models such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar providers.
• Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol).
• Experience integrating AI agents with enterprise platforms and business systems.
• Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI practices, security, and compliance considerations.
• Familiarity with AI observability, monitoring, and evaluation frameworks.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, model evaluation, and agent performance tuning.
