The Role
As Senior Field & Partner Marketing Manager (all genders), you'll be responsible for the strategic development and execution of local GTM strategy to drive regional growth across the UK market. Your ideas land fast here and your impact is visible. This role sits at the intersection of sales success and marketing excellence.
You'll be based in London with hybrid flexibility, collaborating closely with sales, central marketing teams, and partners to ensure cohesive and effective efforts. You'll report to the Head of Field & Partner Marketing.

What you'll do
- Manage strategic planning and relationships with key stakeholders, keeping sales alignment at the heart of everything.
- Plan and execute regional events, trade shows, and webinars, owning vendor relationships, logistics, and ROI.
- Drive regional campaigns and programs for demand and revenue, using generative AI tools to accelerate content creation.
- Support partner programs with resources, training, and hands-on guidance to identify joint marketing opportunities.
- Partner with sales to build and roll out an account-based marketing program across the UK.
- Manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and strict adherence.
- Establish and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of field and partner marketing initiatives.
- Analyze market data to identify opportunities, assess campaign performance, and evaluate the competitive landscape.
What you bring
You have:
- 5+ years of marketing experience with demonstrated success in field and partner marketing for B2B SaaS companies. Event and tradeshow organisation experience is essential, not optional.
- Proven expertise in field and partner marketing with strong operational mindset and the ability to execute flawlessly.
- A track record of success partnering with sales teams to hit shared goals and build lasting alignment.
- Experience managing external vendors and agencies, keeping projects on track and budgets tight.
- A data-driven mindset with demonstrated ability to interpret data and use AI-powered tools to understand intent and optimize campaign performance.
- A KPI-focused approach with a crystal-clear understanding of how to deliver ROI from your activities.
- Self-starter energy: you identify and resolve issues proactively, take ownership of outcomes, and prioritize quality without being asked.
- Fluent English language skills and willingness to travel as needed.
It's a plus if you also have:
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and insight tools such as HubSpot's AI content assistant, predictive lead scoring, Lightdash, Salesforce, and Gong's AI conversation intelligence.
- Comfort working in a matrix marketing organisation and collaborating effectively across functions.
