You can join our team as a Senior Compensation Analyst, providing compensation support for multiple organizations and/or locations.
Your key responsibilities:
- Support the Senior Manager, Compensation Projects in executing the Global Compensation strategy that supports the attraction, retention and wellbeing of our diverse workforce
- As part of the strategy execution, you will focus on alignment with the wider Ericsson Compensation Programs and Projects
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Ericsson teams, to ensure compensation projects and initiatives are fully planned and executed in a timely and accurate fashion
- Manage and propose relevant initiatives for approval, taking into consideration costs, communications and the people impact
- Lead on compensation projects including Job Architecture design, Pay Transparency, Pay for Performance & Pay for Impact initiatives, Success Factors Implementation, Short-Term Incentive Design, Reward & Recognition programs amongst other compensation harmonization deliverables
- Lead on external vendor management, negotiating and managing compensation providers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality service provision
- Supporting the Senior Manager, Compensation Projects in executing a proactive communications program covering all compensation aspects
- Provide leadership and guidance to wider HR team
What you'll bring
- Demonstrable experience as a compensation expert in a global company
- Project Management & Project Delivery Experience
- ‘Can do’ Attitude
- Knowledge of global compensation trends, regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of building relationship at all levels of the organization
- Experience evaluating roles and ensuring consistent job leveling across the organization
- Experience analyzing internal equity, pay compression, and market positioning trends.
- Corporate compensation management experience (8+ years)
