Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product, Medical Affairs, Growth, Customer Support, and Clinical Operations, to influence priorities, solve complex problems, and translate operational insights into product and process improvements.
Measure the impact of launches, experiments, and operational changes, identify opportunities to iterate, and drive follow-through until performance reaches a steady state.
