We at Coforge are hiring Senior AI Automation Engineer (#22378) with the following skill set.

Key Responsibilities
· Lead the design and implementation of AI, automation, and enterprise application solutions across finance and treasury technology environments.
· Drive end-to-end automation initiatives and AI-enabled workflows to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
· Architect scalable enterprise applications and integration frameworks across finance platforms.
· Design and implement intelligent automation solutions using Generative AI, Machine Learning, LLMs, copilots, and intelligent agents.
· Build automation for data ingestion, validation, transformation, reconciliation, and financial posting processes.
· Develop enterprise integrations using APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures.
· Design financial data models, data pipelines, and governance frameworks supporting reporting and analytics.
· Implement AI governance, model auditability, prompt engineering, and risk control practices.
· Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, Accounting, and business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and optimize business processes.
· Define target-state architectures and recommend improvements across finance and enterprise platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications
· 5-7 years of experience as an AI Engineer, Automation Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or related role.
· Strong experience with Python development and automation frameworks.
· Experience working with financial data or within financial services environments.
· Hands-on experience designing and implementing Generative AI and Machine Learning solutions.
· Experience developing AI-powered automation tools and intelligent workflow solutions.
· Experience designing AI-enabled business processes using LLMs, copilots, intelligent agents, or similar technologies.
· Strong understanding of prompt engineering, AI orchestration, governance, auditability, and risk controls.
· Experience designing API-based integrations, middleware solutions, and event-driven architectures.
· Knowledge of data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, data quality controls, and data governance frameworks.
· Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
· Experience with Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, or similar GenAI platforms.
· Experience with workflow orchestration platforms such as Power Automate, Control-M, or similar tools.
· Experience with RPA platforms such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
· Familiarity with observability, monitoring, alerting, and telemetry solutions.
· Experience with financial close automation, reconciliation processes, and treasury systems.
· Exposure to enterprise finance platforms such as D365 Finance & Operations, OneStream, GTreasury, IVP EAS, or WSO.
· Knowledge of Data Quality, Master Data Management (MDM), and data governance best practices.
· Experience within private credit, asset management, or financial services organizations.
