Security Supervisor
Location: Miami-Dade
Pay: $20–$22/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: 5 PM–1 AM or 1 AM–9 AM; one weekend off
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Security Operation Supervisor to oversee field operations throughout Miami-Dade. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this hands-on role focuses on staff supervision, site compliance, training, logistics, and client support.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with company and client standards.
- Supervise, train, coach, and discipline security personnel as needed.
- Deliver equipment and troubleshoot CCTV, radios, tablets, and other security technology.
- Provide emergency coverage and operational support when needed.
- Review timesheets, activity logs, and incident reports for accuracy.
- Submit detailed shift reports to management.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and residents.
Qualifications
- Florida Class D Security License (Required)
- Valid Florida Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Minimum 3 years of security supervisory/leadership experience
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Technical aptitude and professional demeanor
- Flexibility for on-call support as needed
