About The Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Seasonal Warehouse Controls Coordinator to oversee order processing workflows and provide critical technical support at our Groveport, OH distribution facility during peak season. In this high-impact, hybrid operational and technical role, you will act as the bridge between distribution center operations and our IT engineering teams. You will manage day-to-day order fl ow, order aging, and label printing while leveraging your background in JavaScript and AWS serverless architecture to keep our automated high-capacity facilities running smoothly.
Duties and Responsibilities
● Track aging and stagnant orders proactively, identifying root causes for delays and coordinating directly with warehouse leadership to meet holiday peak service level agreements (SLAs).
● Oversee batch and dynamic print jobs for shipping labels, packing slips, and compliance labels to ensure continuous operation across picking and packing lines.
● Write, adjust, and troubleshoot lightweight JavaScript scripts, custom integration logic, and dynamic label formatting to resolve active production issues.
● Assist in monitoring AWS serverless cloud components (AWS Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch) driving order fl ow automation and middleware integrations.
● Serve as the primary operational liaison supporting the Director of IT Engineering and collaborating with Operations Engineers, surfacing line errors, helping deploy quick patches, and running live tests.
● Performs other duties and responsibilities as required by the role and determined by management.
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience handling peak seasonal volume spikes in retail, e-commerce, or 3PL networks.
● Experience with REST APIs, JSON data structures, and scanner system logs.
