Location:

Join our Home Support team as a Scheduling Coordinator! The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and scheduling of staff as well as customer service support to our residents.

Compensation: commensurate for experience between $25.50 - $30.00 hourly.

Schedule: full-time (40 hours/week), Mondays - Fridays, 8:30am - 5:00pm, with rare occasions to be asked to participate in some on-call duties outside of normal office hours.

How you will make an impact

• Work collaboratively with care providers in matching them with residents to strive for consistency in care.
• Educates residents and families about the program and services offered
• Evaluate and recommend services based upon resident needs.
• Manages resident schedules for private duty care as indicated on the care plan.
• Triages resident, family, and employee questions and issues.
• Provides guidance and supervision to Aides for non-clinical performance issues

What you will need 

• Two years of experience in scheduling for home care, healthcare, or environment serving the senior population preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office – Word, Excel.
• Experience in working with UKG Dimensions, Kronos, or other advanced time tracking software preferred.
