• Responsible for managing warehouse storage location data in Excel.
• Ensure storage location information is accurate, complete, and updated in a timely manner.
• Use the SAP system to perform outbound transactions in support of packaging requirements.
• Ensure smooth warehouse and packaging operations.

• Maintain the accuracy and completeness of warehouse location records.
• Update storage location changes, material locations, and related records in Excel.
• Perform outbound transactions in SAP and ensure system records match the actual materials issued.
• Provide the correct materials on time according to packaging requirements.
• Assist in confirming the availability of packaging materials to avoid delays in operations.
• Maintain outbound, storage location, and inventory-related records to ensure traceability.
• Support stock-taking activities, verify discrepancies, and report issues promptly.
• Coordinate effectively with warehouse, packaging, and related departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Ensure location data is clear and accurate for easy on-site identification and management.
• Use the SAP system to perform material outbound transactions.
• Verify outbound items, quantities, and related documentation.
• Ensure outbound processes are accurate and aligned with packaging requirements.
• Prepare relevant materials based on packaging needs.
• Assist in checking and confirming the status of materials required for packaging.
• Coordinate with packaging schedules to ensure correct material supply.
• Support inventory counting and data verification.
• Handle or report abnormalities such as storage location issues, outbound discrepancies, and material variances.
• Maintain relevant operational records to ensure data integrity.
