As a SAP CI & FI-CA - Senior Associate, you will specialize in providing consulting services for SAP finance applications, analyzing client requirements, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP finance applications. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will enable clients to optimize financial processes, improve financial reporting, and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward isn’t clear.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage your skills in business application consulting to help clients optimize operational efficiency. You will use a broad range of tools, methodologies, and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing, using reflection to enhance strengths and address development areas.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client requirements to implement SAP finance solutions effectively
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP finance applications
- Collaborating with clients to optimize financial processes and improve financial reporting
- Utilizing SAP FI and SAP FICO to enhance financial management and reporting capabilities
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to inform strategic decision-making
- Developing financial models and forecasts to support client objectives
- Advising on financial accounting and reporting standards to maintain compliance
- Facilitating business process improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiency
- Presenting financial reports and insights to stakeholders for informed decision-making
- Supporting finance transformation projects to align with client strategic goals

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5+ years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Commerce, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to finance, accounting, and financial controls within SAP S/4HANA environments
- Navigating complex financial systems and processes
- Utilizing SAP FI and SAP FICO for financial reporting
- Developing financial models and forecasts
- Managing financial risk and compliance issues
- Building meaningful client relationships in SAP environments
