As a Salesforce LwC Agentforce-SA, you will engage directly with clients to deliver tailored Salesforce solutions that drive business transformation and enhance operational efficiency. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to navigate complex client environments, analyze business needs, and implement innovative Salesforce strategies that align with client objectives.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client relationships and guiding junior team members. You will use your problem-solving skills to address complex challenges, anticipate client needs, and deliver quality solutions. Your role will involve mentoring others, fostering a collaborative environment, and developing a deeper understanding of the business context to support client engagements effectively.

Responsibilities

- Managing Salesforce Service Cloud implementations to enhance client support operations
- Developing training materials for Salesforce Lightning to facilitate user adoption and proficiency
- Conducting business process modeling to optimize Salesforce integration within enterprise systems
- Utilizing analytical thinking to assess and improve business application consulting strategies
- Implementing technology solutions to support emerging technologies and innovative design
- Collaborating with teams to standardize processes and improve project architecture
- Providing technical consultation for Salesforce administration and enterprise software integration
- Leading systems project management efforts to align with business model development goals
- Supporting application software deployment to enhance IT infrastructure and technology administration
- Embracing change and intellectual curiosity to drive technology innovation and integration

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Lightning
- Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex business problems
- Developing training materials to enhance team capabilities
