About the Role 

In this role, you'll have the exciting opportunity to lead and manage a team of Sales Consultants in our Renewals team. Your focus will be on providing guidance, training, and support to your team members as they develop the skills and expertise required to excel in their positions. Your leadership will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high compliance scores. 

Key Responsibilities 

Your day to day will include the following: 

1. Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the Sales team, setting clear expectations and performance goals. 

1. Sales Performance: Monitor individual and team performance, ensuring that sales targets and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded. 

1. Coaching and Training: Conduct regular coaching sessions and training to enhance the skills and product knowledge of team members. 

1. Performance Evaluation: Evaluate the performance of team members, providing feedback and implementing actions as needed. 

1. Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, sales metrics, and progress toward goals. 

1. Customer Service: Ensure that the team provides exceptional customer service and resolves customer enquiries and issues promptly. 

1. Team Motivation: Create a positive and motivating work environment to boost team morale and engagement. 

1. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness. 

About You 

At interview you’ll be able to demonstrate: 

• At least 12 months+ experience in leading a team, with strong leadership qualities  

• You’re target driven and self-motivated, able to consistently exceed sales targets and actively seeking out opportunities to drive results and achieve success. 

• A consultative and value-driven sales approach, adept at understanding customer needs and presenting tailored solutions  

• Experience pitching/negotiating/objection handling, skilled in presenting compelling arguments, addressing objections, and negotiating win-win solutions. 

• Outstanding communication skills (verbal, written and listening), able to communicate clearly, concisely, and persuasively in various situations and channels. 

• Ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds, your skill at establishing and nurturing relationships with individuals from different cultures, backgrounds, and perspectives. 

• Being tactful in your approach to customers, able to navigate challenging situations with diplomacy, empathy, and professionalism. 

• Initiative and a desire to learn & develop, continuously seeking opportunities to expand knowledge, acquire new skills,  

• Resilience and the ability to work under pressure, maintaining a positive attitude and delivering high-quality results even in demanding and fast-paced environments.
