About the role

We are looking for a Sales Support Officer to join the Roma team on a permanent, full-time basis.

Our Sales Support Officers are the first person our clients communicate with when they interact with Elders. Your expert customer service skills will operate as the backbone of the branch and support the sales teams in maintaining and growing client relationships. With the backing of the Elders network, you will be provided with the tools necessary to take clients through the end-to-end sales process across all facets of the branch including livestock & financial services.

The successful candidate will be supported and mentored within the position to ensure they obtain all the skills to enjoy a fruitful career at Elders.   
 
Responsibilities

As a key member of the branch, you’ll support our clients, team and branch success through:

• Providing high-quality administrative and processing support to keep the branch running smoothly.

• Supporting the sales process and providing administration and coordination for the Branch Manager and wider team.

• Building strong client relationships and identifying opportunities to deliver practical solutions.

• Supporting the team to maximise sales and business opportunities.

• Managing expenses, invoices and general office administration.

About You

• Experience in administration, sales support, customer service or a similar role.

• Excellent organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
