本ポジションは、指定されたフランチャイズビジネスにおける財務パフォーマンスおよび配荷・店頭ディスプレイなどの販売基礎指標（Sales Fundamentals） の向上を担う重要な役割です。顧客価値提案（Customer Value Proposition：CVP）の競争力を維持・強化し、事業成長を継続的にけん引することが求められます。
■ 主な責任
事業成長の推進
毎年の売上成長を達成し、特に重点商品（Key Focus Items）では10%以上の成長を目標とする。
カテゴリーのマーケットシェア毎年拡大し、リーダーシップの維持・獲得に貢献する。
KPIの達成
利益額および率(RGM)の最大化
トレードファンドのROI向上
配荷率・店頭ディスプレイなどのセールスファンダメンタルズの強化
フランチャイズの戦略の策定・推進
トレードマーケティングおよびショッパーマーケティングのインサイトを活用し、フランチャイズ戦略を策定する
マーケティング、ファイナンス、サプライチェーン等のステークホルダーと連携し、戦略プランの意思決定と実行をリードする
カスタマー向けのセリングストーリーの開発
バリュー・ドリブン・セリングのアプローチに基づくカスタマー・セリング・ストーリーを半期ごとに開発する。
KPI設定とPDCA運用
明確なKPIを設定し、達成に向けたプランを策定。
週次・月次・四半期単位で進捗をモニタリングし、改善を推進する
■必要なスキルおよび経験
FMCG業界での5年以上のビジネス経験（卸ビジネス経験があれば尚可）
外部視点：市場・顧客・競合を見据え、未来志向で行動できる方
当事者意識：成果に責任を持ち、チームや組織の成功に貢献できる方
大胆な行動力：変革を起こし、イノベーションを推進する姿勢
ビジネス構築力、マーケティングの基本的な理解
高い分析力、データマネジメント能力
日本語：ネイティブレベル、英語：ビジネスレベル（目安TOEIC700点以上）
MSオフィススキル（エクセル、パワーポイント、ワード）
■歓迎要件
ショッパー、業界、競合、小売業、卸店等に関する深い知識
クロスファンクション、部門横断的な業務遂行経験
特定のPCスキル（Tableau/i-Canvasやその他（プログラミング言語の利用など））
