This Position reports to:

Your role and responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for growing sales of B&R’s next-generation technology, machine connectivity, automation and edge, high-end motion systems, and technology software solutions in the southern region and market. The role demands a mix of sales acumen, technical understanding, and customer engagement.

The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid

This role is contributing to the Automation Division-B&R in Faridabad, India. Main stakeholders are Customers (OEMs, system integrators, and end users), channel partners, internal sales/application engineering teams, project execution teams, and business leadership.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Build and maintain good customer and partner relationships to generate opportunities and grow the sales pipeline.

• Analyze customer needs and market trends to develop and present tailored techno-commercial solutions.

• Handle negotiations and complete successful deal closures to meet business targets.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

• Promote B&R technologies through customer engagement, industry events, CRM forecasting, and after-sales growth initiatives.

Qualifications for the role:

• 5-10 years of experience in industrial automation sales and solution selling.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics Engineering.

• Extensive experience in automation technologies and application development.

• Demonstrated ability in customer engagement, communication, and negotiation.

• Experience working with multinational organizations.

• Fluent in English and Hindi; regional language proficiency.
