Position Title: Sales Professional
Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India
Position Overview
H.B. Fuller seeks a Sales Professional to drive business growth within the Mobility market segment across South India. This role focuses on developing new customer relationships, expanding applications, and increasing market share across Automotive and Transportation segments. The position combines technical expertise, consultative selling, and business development to achieve sales and profitability targets.
Primary Responsibilities
- Identify and convert new business opportunities within Mobility markets
- Manage territory sales activities and achieve revenue, margin, and growth targets
- Develop relationships with OEMs, Tier I/II suppliers, and key stakeholders
- Conduct product trials, application support, and technical demonstrations
- Promote adhesive and sealant solutions aligned with customer requirements
- Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline data, and CRM records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on planning, supply chain, and customer needs
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline
- 7–9 years of B2B sales experience in adhesives, sealants, specialty lubricants, or specialty chemicals
- Knowledge of adhesive technologies including Epoxy, Acrylics, Polyurethanes, Hot Melts, Silicones, and Anaerobics
- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales processes, and technical solution selling
- Valid driver's license, authorization to work in India, and willingness to travel extensively
Preferred Requirements
- Experience supporting Automotive, Transportation, or Mobility customers
- Proven success developing new markets and winning new business opportunities
- Experience with Salesforce.com and value-based pricing tools
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and one or more South Indian languages
