What would you do? • Lead scheduling and enablement operations, ensuring efficient resource utilization, scheduling governance, escalation management, team performance and readiness delivery. Drive continuous improvement, LMS effectiveness and AI enabled operational transformation.

Roles and Responsibilities: • Operations Management • Plan and manage scheduling activities, resources and priorities • Build and maintain quarterly and annual training schedules • Manage instructor utilization, chargeability and cancellation compliance • Monitor scheduling performance, productivity and service metrics • Maintain course, instructor and facility data accuracy • Resolve operational and client escalations within scope • Support scheduling governance, reporting and process improvements • Drive LMS administration, tool enhancements and automation adoption • Support AI enabled scheduling, content operations and query resolution • Team Leadership • Lead and coach scheduling specialists and CL10 resources • Monitor performance, provide feedback and career development support • Support recruitment, onboarding and capability building • Drive attrition management, documentation and knowledge continuity • Conduct monthly 1 to 1 discussions and performance reviews • Mentor teams on process compliance and escalation handling • Key Metrics • Operational KPIs • Contractual Metric Attainment • Training Completion Contribution • Instructor Utilization and Chargeability • Team Attrition Against Target • Escalation Resolution Timeliness • Execution KPIs • Monthly 1 to 1 Completion Rate • DTP SOP LWI Update Compliance • Career Plan Completion Rate • Improvement Initiative Implementation • Cross Region Documentation Coverage
