• Recording, updating, and following up CRM Database with the information collected by Sales, Marketing and Distributors Teams.
• Support the Teams by partnering with IT department / software provider to solve user’s problems  
• Suggests / Create procedures and techniques to the Management, to maximize CRM data and minimize time required to enter or update contract data.
• Opening and maintaining new accounts of Business Partners based on the relevant segmentation of the business
• (Architects, consultants, contractors, etc.)
• Coordinating with Sales and marketing teams as required based on departmental actions.
• Identifying potential new business leads and Growth Opportunities through researching various sources of information / external data base
• Special Focus on the business development data base concerning the two main market channels of Business of the company related to Projects & Showroom /OTC.
• Ensuring Pipeline Report processes are running smoothly
• Sub channels are activated and related to the business growth model of supportive data processing needed for growth.
• Linking Trade Promotions and other Marketing events with relevant data base, for R.O.I report purposes
• Maintaining excellent business relationships with clients
• Introducing, educating, and training the teams of our sales distributors
• Creating a system designed to align with our business objectives

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration/marketing.
• 2+ years’ experience in related fields (experience in GCC countries is preferred)
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Programs
• Great Organization skills and ability to multitask
• Outstanding Interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with a team and being an affective team member
